The creative process never stops. I'm constantly working up new covers to add to my live set list or noodling around with ideas that ultimately become new original compositions. As I complete new songs, I'll add them to the list here. Think of these as final drafts—even though they're close to being finished*, they may still need a tweak here or there.
Once I get to the point where I feel the collection becomes more than the sum of its parts, I'll release a new album. As always, I'm interested to hear your comments. *This begs the question: Is any work of art truly finished. I can speak from experience and say, “No.” I have poems that I wrote 50 years ago that I still want to tweak each time I read them. But at a certain point, you have to move on. You have to realize that the juice is no longer worth the squeeze.
